National Resource for Network Biology GSoC'21

Hello dear readers!! I am Nikita Mahoviya,  a 3rd-year B.Tech undergraduate pursuing  Dual Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at National Institute of Technology Hamirpur , Himachal Pradesh, India. My project proposal to ‘ Develop GUI for ImageJ groovy script calling VCell API ’ has been accepted and I would be devoting my summer to Computational biology under the mentorship of Michael Blinov, Frank Morgan, and Ann Cowan. The aim of the project is to create a service for VCell users that allows Fiji/ImageJ scripting to directly access the VCell client. Later We have to expand this service into a series of user-friendly plugins for ImageJ that will automate processing and analyzing cell imaging simulation experiments.
